ENVIRONMENT AND CONSTRUCTION EXPERIMENTAL CENTER
1. Instruction:
Environment and construction experimental center, code LAS - XD 1233, is a unit under Mien Tay Construction University, address: 20B - Pho Co Dieu - Ward 3 - Vinh Long city. The center was established on the basis of Laboratory of testing construction materials department, under the Faculty of Construction.
In July 2012, the Center was establish by the Department of Science and Technology - Ministry of Construction to perform the testing of construction materials such as cement, concrete, steel, rebar, aggregate, mortar, masonry, geological and topographic survey, field testing.
In 2014, the center were invested a package of 14 billion VND in transportation and geotechnical engineering.
In December 2014, the Center was accredited to add 105 tests on areas such as: asphalt, geology, foundation, construction structure, etc., increasing the total number of tests to 173.
The staff consists of 12 people, including 10 masters major in civil construction, bridge and road, Geotechnics
