1. Functions
Perform the functions of advising and helping the Rector to organize and manage the activities of administration, facilities, medical care, and environmental sanitary and other services.
2. Duties
1. Organize, manage, utilize and repair school facilities, assets, equipment, technical infrastructures
2. Set up the plans and equip kinds of necessary properties. Organize and manage the implementation of periodic maintenance of technical equipment.
3. Cooperate annually with the Department of Finance and Accountancy to do the inventory, the evaluation and classification of school assets according to the regulations of Law.
4. Cooperate with other units related to exploit the duties of flood and fire prevention in the school.
5. Implement the work of propaganda for population, environment prevention, sanitary care; the prevention of diseases; taking care of the staff member’s health as well as of the students’.
6. Organize the implementation of other services to ensure and increase the quality of life of staff persons and of students in the school.
