Functions:
The function of the regular training center is to advise the Principal on the informal training, organize the training of specialized subjects for the learners according to the program and plan of the school to implement present current regulations on training and "Regulation on organization and operation of Mien Tay Construction University.
Duties:
Actively establish cooperative relationships, training links with schools, centers that need training links to open the training system of the MTU.
Advises with the Rector to sign and finalize the training contracts with the associate partners.
Coordinate with the academic affairs department to implement the non-formal enrollment system according to the annual approved norms of the Ministry of education and training.
Preside over the organization and management of classes with the agreement with the partners follow contract.
Presiding over the opening ceremony and closing ceremony of the linkage classes of the MTU.
Collaborate with the Testing and Quality Assurance department, partners to organize exams, end of course exams, graduation exams in accordance with current regulations.
This is a place for students to reflect the necessary issues related to the learning and the teaching of teachers with associate partners.
Performing the reception and arrangement of lecturers at the training affiliate system classes.
Prepare facilities, equipment for learning and teaching for the associated system classes at the school. Effective management and use of equipped assets.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Rector of the MTU.
